About MCAC

The Mechanical Contractors Association of Connecticut (MCAC) is a professional organization representing union contractors who specialize in mechanical construction and are signatories to the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 777 bargaining agreement. MCAC works to support and promote the interests of its members, fostering collaborative environment between contractors and labor. By facilitating communication and cooperation between contractors and the local union, MCAC ensures that industry standards are upheld, while also advancing the technical skills and professional development of its members.

By being apart of the association, members gain access to a wide range of benefits aimed at enhancing their businesses and ensuring compliance with the highest industry standards. MCAC provides essential services such as collective bargaining support, ensuring that contractors maintain strong and productive relationship with the Local 777 union. We also have an in house OSHA and CPR-certified trainer.
