Leadership is an essential skill in managing construction project teams and this workshop is for anyone motivated to learn the best leadership practices to do so successfully. Attendees will be exposed to positive leadership styles and traits already found within themselves and others that may be detrimental despite good intentions. Participants will learn the following from this workshop:
• Assess and analyze the existing leadership tendencies of your organization.
